My work is dedicated to coaching for personal and institutional development and to consulting on Europe-Africa business undertakings and socio-political relations.
I am working as an intercultural coach since 2005, preparing and accompanying Germans in their endeavors in different African countries. In this capacity I developed concepts and skills on brokering international and intercultural relations.
After working for AfricanBIB, a German/Cameroonian business and policy consulting enterprise I started working as a freelance consultant, using my experience and networks from my sojourns in countries of West Africa and Southern Africa as a foundation for my business.
I enjoyed an international and interdisciplinary university education, pursuing the study of International and Intercultural Relations in Maastricht/ the Netherlands,  Washington D.C./ USAOsnabrück/ Germany as well as  Accra/ Ghana and being awarded a B.A. and M.A. with distinction.
Practicing kinesiology professionally and for myself is one of the keys to my success. It accompanied me throughout my life and I am proud of being able to contribute with my work as certified KinesiologistBK-DGAK to the institute IKL, the lifework of my mother Renate Wennekes.
